Services are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, as outlined in the signed service contract.

 

Eligibility:
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Provide accurate and complete information when required

 

Account Security:
If an account is required for access to certain services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

  • Violate intellectual property rights, privacy, or confidentiality agreements

  • Disrupt, exploit, or harm our services, website, or reputation

 

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Fees & Payment

Service Fees:
Fees are detailed in the signed service agreement. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

 

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal.

 

Late Payments:

  • Late payments may incur a 15% late fee per month on the outstanding balance.

  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for overdue payments.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation by Client:

  • Clients may cancel services with 2 days’ written notice.

  • Refunds for prepaid services will be handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate services if you:

  • Breach these Terms and Conditions

  • Engage in prohibited activities

  • Fail to make required payments

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content:
All content, strategies, and materials provided by us are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

 

Client Materials:
Clients retain ownership of materials provided to us. You grant us a limited license to use these materials for project execution.

7. Confidentiality

Protection of Information:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any business strategies, financial information, client data, or other sensitive materials exchanged.

 

Exceptions:
Confidentiality does not apply to publicly available information or data disclosed by a third party without obligation of confidentiality.

8. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer:
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results.

 

Limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Saunders Digital Solutions harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

  • Any third-party claims arising from your actions

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
